Vera Cake
– For the dough: 4 eggs, 200g sugar, 200g cream, 50g crushed nuts, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 10 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa
– For the cream: 4 eggs, 350 g sugar, 200g butter
Prepare the dough: separate the yolk from the egg white and beat them with sugar. Gradually add the yolks, cream, flour, baking soda, coca and, in the end, the crushed nuts. Cook it like any other pound cake.
Prepare the cream: mix 4 eggs with 350 g sugar, cook by steam and after you get a uniform cream, add 200g foaming butter. Take it from the cooking stove and let it cool.
Presentation: Cut the cake base in two parts and put the cream in the middle. Bon appetit!
