Job description


The Communication & Training Specialist will design the communication and training strategy for the period between May 2015 and March 2016, based on the Information-Promotion-Publicity Plan of the project “SOCĂCIŢELE – Community Caterers – Keeping, Promoting and Creating Traditional Rural Culinary Arts”, subject to observing the output indicators set.
The Communication & Training Specialist will have the following tasks:
– to coordinate the communication activities of the project (internal and external) throughout the project;
– to develop and implement the promotion plan, to control and evaluate the implementation;
– to develop the communication tools and to generate content (databases, mock-ups, social media accounts, press releases);
– to organize promotion events;
– to prepare, deliver and evaluate training courses;
– to coach the volunteers on how to promote the project at local level.

Qualifications, experience and skills needed
Qualifications and skills
– Academic studies with university degree in the field of Philology;
Overall professional experience
– Minimum 3-year professional experience;
Specific professional experience
– Minimum 2-year experience in the field of project communication, including online communication, events organizing, media relations, DTP;
– Minimum 2 year experience in adult and youth training;
– The applicant should have a trainer certificate – CNFPA or equivalent
